Our lives are full of beginnings and endings.
Getting married and learning to live with someone, having children, the children growing up and leaving home. All beginnings and endings with hundreds of beginnings and endings within them.
Changing jobs, separation and divorce, moving home are all destabilising, and times when we understandably question where we are going and what we want.
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure how to make the best of new beginnings. It’s from this place which we are most likely to look back wistfully at what we had before instead of forward at what we most want to create.
You are not a fixed point and your identity is created from nothing more than your own view of yourself, whether internally generated or absorbed from others.
Making the best new beginnings requires that you expect the best from yourself and don’t doubt your own value
If you find yourself at a point of ending or beginning its probably the best time to come and talk to me about how you make the most of what happens next.
