About

About Graham Landi Wellbeing

Background

Interest in people and the things they do has been a constant in my life, but after spending the best part of a quarter of a century in the corporate world I feared that my soul would die if I didn’t make a change.

After a rather disappointingly cliched difficult time in early mid-life I started to re-evaluate everything. I retrained, left corporate life to go it alone, and I never looked back.

All of our experiences are unique however similar they look, so I can never know exactly how you feel. But I have a lot of first hand experience of both digging myself into holes and then finding my way back out of them.  I have known loss, pain, change, joy, success and failure and I try to use them to support you in whatever you need from therapy.

I've been writing a regular newsletter that's a combination of memoir and observations on mental health for over a decade and you can subscribe to it here.

I have special interest in working with neurodiversity and also with addiction. The latter topic is one on which I co-host a successful podcast

Training and Qualifications

I am a fully trained and accredited therapist offering professional Counselling, Clinical Supervision and Coaching services online via Zoom

I am a Professional member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society

My therapy training was integrative meaning that I have extensive knowledge of a wide range of different approaches. This is important because no two people are the same and so having a range of tools to choose from is helpful in facilitating whatever changes you seek.

I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor.

Listing my professional credentials is all very well, but when you decide to enter therapy it’s more important than anything to find someone you feel you can work with. I might be the right therapist for you and I might not, but I am always happy to explore the ways in which we may be able to work together.

I'm a strong believer in continued personal and professional development, and I take regular opportunities to develop my own skills and expertise in order to offer you the best possible support.

If you think I could help in any way just drop me a note and feel free to ask me anything you need to know.
